Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY: All regular priced items are for exchange ONLY by prior approval via phone or email. Items on sale or clearance are ALL SALES FINAL. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your package to exchange your item(s). Your item(s) must be in the original packaging along with proof of purchase. You must notify us by calling instore at (808) 693-8262 or by email at sales@getnutzwear.com for item availability and for approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then follow the directions given. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for exchanges. After approval, you may send your item to: 91-5431 Kapolei Hwy Suite 702; Kapolei, HI 96707. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. For your own safety, please send USPS with insurance and tracking.
